Overview
In order for people to regard managers as leaders, those managers, first line and above, need qualities and attributes which will gain respect for those for whom they are responsible. How else can the performance of their people be managed, and the best qualities be brought out for the benefit of the individual?
This course is designed to enable existing or potential mangers/supervisors/ to learn, revisit or consolidate their leadership skills. All aspects of leadership will be investigated in an interactive and reflective way.
Suitable for
Managers, supervisors, team leaders or potential leaders within organisations who feel that leadership is a challenge which can generate a competitive edge through developing their people.
It is appropriate for those who have had no formal leadership training or experienced leaders who wish to reflect on their skills for self-improvement.
