What will you learn?

This one-day training session will look at the more advanced capabilities of the latest version of Adobe Illustrator, the main industry standard application used by graphic designers and computer artists to create artwork for illustrations, logos, stationery, page layouts and web display.

What previous experience will you need?

Previous use of computers and operating systems along with experience of using the basic illustrator, ideally attendance of our standard Adobe Illustrator course.

What will the session include?

  • Transforming objects
  • Advanced type effects
  • Blending shapes and colours
  • Using the pen tool
  • Using appearance attributes, styles, and effects
  • Creative use of layers and transparency
  • Drawing cylinders and boxes
  • Combining Illustrator graphics and raster images
