NVQ level 3

I have recently completed an NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration. The course was offered by my employer with training provided by Kay Fussey from Dewsbury College.

The flexibility of the programme really appealed to me as I work part time and I was able to complete the course in my own time at home. I met with Kay every two weeks at work to go through the work I had completed and plan the next part of my assignment.

The quality of training provided was first rate; Kay fully supported me at all times, encouraged and guided me in every respect. After every meeting with Kay I felt that I was achieving so much, as a result my confidence has grown and I feel much more assertive in my role.

I held discussions with Kay during the course regarding potential development opportunities and future training options. After completing my NVQ, Kay arranged to meet with me at my place of work to offer additional training in an area that had been identified; Kay also provided learning material to assist me.

I am very grateful to Kay for all her advice, support and encouragement which enabled me to achieve my goal.
